£150/ Month

Includes all services in the Gold Package plus:

5 days HR consultancy each year to use on specific projects such as disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, redundancies, TUPE consultation and HR Training.
Any additional services required such as onsite visits and a comprehensive range of specialist HR services, and Staff and Management Development courses are charged based on our competitive hourly rate.

I set up Signature HR as a HR Consultancy in 2020 when I made the decision to freelance as an HR consultant. I am a HR Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in all sizes and types of organisation. I possess HR & Operational, managerial and business partnering experience having held various roles in retail, construction, engineering and facilities services and financial services companies.

I support clients across all sectors including private, non-profit and charity. With a range of innovative services designed for today’s businesses, we can act as a fully outsourced Human Resources department for SME’s, as well as delivering complex HR projects and growth strategy. I began to build a client base, providing a service based on an understanding that small to mid-sized organisations without internal HR, as well as HR teams within larger companies needed flexible, hands-on, commercial HR solutions.

I have found that many of the employers I worked with needed more than a HR advice line; they needed someone to handle their HR for them. SMEs wanted to be able to pass over key HR tasks and issues to an experienced practitioner who could identify the right solution to resolve issues; giving them peace of mind and HR insights as they handled other aspects of their businesses. HR professionals needed hands on HR when their teams were busy, or specialist experience to undertake project work.
