I am an HR Consultant who has set up Signature HR Personalised HR Solutions Ltd with over 15 years’ experience in all sizes and types of organisation.. I possess HR & Operational, managerial and business partnering experience having held various roles in retail, construction, engineering and facilities services and financial services companies.

I work with a strong team of Associate Consultants under Signature HR who specialise in the areas of Recruitment, Learning and Development, Business Partnering, Leadership Development and Coaching. Holding extensive HR & Leadership experience between the team we bring a wealth of knowledge & passion for delivering a reliable and professional service each and every time. With a track record for delivering great results, we deliver a service to you in a warm, friendly and personable manner, ensuring you have peace of mind and someone you can trust and rely on. We support clients across all sectors including private, non-profit and charity. With a range of innovative services designed for today’s businesses, we can act as a fully outsourced Human Resources department for SME’s, as well as delivering complex HR projects and growth strategy. We began to build a client base, providing a service based on an understanding that small to mid-sized organisations without internal HR, as well as HR teams within larger companies needed flexible, hands-on, commercial HR solutions.

Change is constant in both life and business and we have worked alongside Board Directors and Managers and specialised in areas of merger and acquisition, business restructures and reorganisations, spearheading positive new business initiatives alongside transformation and change programmes including integration of various businesses and teams. We enjoy working with people at all levels and as we believe that communication is fundamental to success, we work hard to develop this within organisations to ensure clarity and understanding with all parties involved in any process. Our extensive HR experience allows us to deal effectively with a wide range of HR processes, from recruitment to redundancies, policies and procedures to employment law advice.

Having gained a wealth of experience creating and managing Human Resources functions in various Companies as well as formulating, planning & implementing business and HR strategy our expertise is rooted around leading a team of HR professionals to create a modern, up to date, transparent working environment and provide a purpose fitting HR service to all employees.

We specialise in coaching and mentoring managers, working together to improve their ability to perform their roles and manage their departments more efficiently.

We regularly get involved in activity within young professional groups as a STEM Ambassadors as well as networking events. We enjoy attending and judging awards ceremonies and round table events. I have just completed an Organisational Development Practitioners Programme in Roffey Park Institute. Roffey Park Institute delivers high impact learning in leadership development, management development, change and resilience, organisational learning, organisational development and HR.

Coming from the west of Ireland I am avid horse racing fan; I enjoy keeping fit, socialising with friends and family as well as holidays in the sun.
