I possess HR & Operational, managerial and business partnering experience having held various roles in retail, construction, engineering and facilities services and financial services companies.

We specialise in coaching and mentoring managers, working together to improve their ability to perform their roles and manage their departments more efficiently.
We regularly get involved in activity within young professional groups as a STEM Ambassadors as well as networking events. We enjoy attending and judging awards ceremonies and round table events. I have just completed an Organisational Development Practitioners Programme in Roffey Park Institute. Roffey Park Institute delivers high impact learning in leadership development, management development, change and resilience, organisational learning, organisational development and HR.
Coming from the west of Ireland I am avid horse racing fan; I enjoy keeping fit, socialising with friends and family as well as holidays in the sun.
